Jonathan Pinifolo is the Chief Operations Officer of COMESA Business Council. He has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications. He is the author of the book “ICT Infrastructure Development in the Developing World”.

Jonathan obtained he’s PHD in telecommunications Engineering from University of Johannesburg and holds a Master of Science from Oxford Brookes University. He has played a major role in managing successful projects and uses hes experience to impact the lives of young people by bringing the Thuso agenda to fruition.
